We’re pleased to announce that we have expanded our product range and now stock automotive air conditioning refrigerants, including R134a (1,1,1,2-Tetrafluoroethane) 12kg cylinders and Opteon™ R1234yf (UN3161).

These are the two principal refrigerants used in modern vehicle air conditioning systems. R134a is commonly found in many vehicles manufactured from the mid-1990s through to the mid-2010s, while R1234yf is used in most newer vehicles and has become the industry standard for many current car manufacturers due to its significantly lower environmental impact.

By adding both refrigerants to our range, we are able to support garages, workshops, and trade customers working on a wide variety of vehicle applications, from older passenger cars to the latest models. Our team can also help identify the correct refrigerant for a specific vehicle using registration or vehicle details, ensuring the right product is supplied for the job.
